We Are Open For Emergencies
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. To that end, we have decided to partially close our practice for the next three weeks, starting on March 17, 2020, in accordance with guidance provided by the Massachusetts Dental Society. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively adhere to Governor Baker’s recommendations and the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidance of social separation. Please know that this decision was made out of an abundance of caution and to reduce our use of masks/gloves/gowns that are needed by local hospitals.
It is important that you know while we are not seeing regularly scheduled patients, we are not completely closing. One of our patient coordinators will be in the office every day from 8-2 to answer phone calls. They will be able to take calls and schedule appointments. Dr. Koleini will be available to answer emergency calls both during the day and evening. His cell phone number is always on our office answering machine if you are calling outside business hours. Should you require emergency dental care, please call our office as you normally would and follow the normal protocol. Rest assured we will be there for you during these difficult times.
As health care professionals, we believe we have a role to play in "flattening the curve" in order to follow sound, scientific public health advice to help limit infections and slow the spread of the virus. If you have a non-urgent appointment scheduled with us, our office will be in touch to help reschedule your appointment.
These are unprecedented times for all of us. We need to all come together to support one another and do what’s best for our overall community. Please know that we will be continuing to monitor this very fluid situation and will update you regularly. Thank you
Parsia Koleini, DMD
